Rainy Day Monday...Cranberry Tea

I thought I'd post this "Cranberry Tea" recipe to go with all the cookies that I've been posting...it's dark and rainy outside...perfect day for cookies and tea....
Cranberry Tea
***************
1 package (12oz.) fresh cranberries
juice of 3 oranges
juice of 2 lemons
1 cup sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
1 teas. whole cloves
In large saucepan cook cranberries until the berries pop. Add remaining ingrediants, and simmer at least 30 minutes. Strain...and enjoy!

We could try this recipe in the spa. Every client is offered herbal tea, this one we could serve right out of a crock pot!
Love cinnamon! I am trying the persimmon recipe tomorrow. Hopefully they turn out :D

First of all I have had more giggles from the reponse to my post than I thought possible. Yours takes the prize tho'..LOL
I guess you figured it out by now, and it is Tom Jones!

vicci, I read your guest list over on blue the spa girl's blog............really identified cos I miss my parents too.
Really nice to talk about them though and still consider them in my "Who shall we ask round for dinner"........lovely isn't it................

OK, Vic you know I'm Kitchen challenged. 2 questions.... duh?
Do I cook the cranberries in a skillet all by them selves until they pop, or do I put water/or what in with them? And it says Tea, but I don't know how much water to use for this amount of other stuff. Oh I feel so stupid. But I want to try it. Hep me cuz.
