Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 teas. vanilla
2 bars (4oz) unsweetened baking chocolate (melted and cooled)
4 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and chocolate in large bowl. Blend in eggs. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until chilled. Set oven to 350..grease sheets..drop dough by balls that you have rolled in confectioners sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool.
