Baby...It's Cold Outside !!!!!!!!



I must have my mind on the cold temperatures! Here are 2 more vintage photos...the top one was taken at my Gram and Grandpa's ranch in 1945. The bottom photo is from left to right...Great Uncle Polly....Aunt Sis....Grandma...Great Aunt Lillian...My Dad..and ???? on a trip to Tahoe in JULY !!!!!!!!!! 1928.

These photos are great! That house in the snow is just so charming. Everyone looks so cold in the group photo. I like what they're wearing. What interesting times those were...
My dad used to talk about the way things were when he was a boy, and it was just so amazing to hear those stories...

I know we has snow in August here one year, not much but it was snow..!

How come it snowed more back in those days? We use to get blizzards here back in those days, I guess its the global warming.

Oh Vicci..... sigh, the ranch from out back and the trees are little. That shows how long ago it was. I love the picture but it made me cry because the house only exists in fotoz and our hearts and memories.

Vicci,,,the gentleman on the left is salem and the tall lady is his wife Billy....Not sure of the rest but most likely one of the boys is Bruce...Oh the fun they had back then !!!!
