Trim a tree in your yard with edible decorations to help the birds celebrate the season.
Spread peanut butter on pinecones, roll in birdseed, and hang from a tree branch...or slice oranges and tie slices on branches with brightly colored waterproof ribbon...and of course..don't forget to decorate the trees with strings of cranberries and popcorn...the birdies will LOVE you!

Thanks for the reminder! I always have the feeders full this time of year, but my feathered babies love the extra treats!
this is a great idea. we have one orange tree left and I am afraid it's dying...but what a way to entice and treat the birds than to decorate it this way.

I will be doing this for certain. I love the birds, their song...their funny antics. They are as entertaining as they are beautiful, and they deserve to have treats!
