The price of gas in Northern California.....

Blogger Sheila said...

It probably doesn't make you feel better Vicci, but we are paying $1.00 (Canadian) per litre, and in Portugal it was about $1.98 (Canadian)per litre..!
A Canadian $1.00 is worth $1.16 American..!

i.e. A liter is equal to approximately 0.264 gallon. So without doing the finite math we can say Canada is paying over $4/gallon. And Portugal around $8/gallon. If I'm looking at these numbers right from my sick bed.

I am walking as much as I can! And only driving when I absolutely have to. It really has made a difference!

Did the thunder storms make it your way? We just got a LOT of rain. We need it!
