Nothin Says Summer Like.......
FRESH VEGGIES from your garden! This is really one of my very favorite summer things...to be able to walk outside and "pick your dinner".....I made eggplant parmesan...and tomato basil salad....using some of the veggies from our garden....the recipes are below....this weekend dinner will be stuffed zucchini........

Everything looks wonderful. There's nothing like fresh veggies straight from the garden.
You got that right. For lunch I had sliced tomatoes, sliced mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, with a little olive oil and vinegar poured over the top....yummy!
Yummy,,I love fresh veggies in the summer too. Most of mine have all died with this heat wave we have had, and no rain either. Yours look awesome!!!
