Another Flower Walk
These last few days have been very warm! The garden is going crazy...I love to sit outside and watch all the butterflies and hummingbirds. Here are some of the latest yard photos.
The little "rock fox" that sits in the flower bed...beautiful red rose...and these delicate white bells....the snapdragon starting to bloom with the sunshine casting a beautiful light behind it...St. Francis who protects all of the flowers and little creatures...I have lots little frogs that live among the flowers...I love living up on this mountain-top..especially when Spring and Summer arrive...it's like living in Paradise.
I'm giving myself a "take it easy" day today...it's really not going to matter if something doesn't get done...it's just my mind "obsessing" about it! I always think...okay...if I get EVERYTHING done...then I can relax...and it will be just 'easy keep-up'...but ya know...it NEVER gets ALL DONE...when one thing is finished there is always 10 more to take it's place...or some NEW thing that pops up...this morning it was ANTS...yes...it's that time of the year...and the ANTS are back...my cat was talking to me like crazy this morning....no wonder...his food dish was covered with ants...a huge trail across the kitchen floor right to his food...how do they ever find it??!! Funny thing is ...yesterday when we went out to Big Lots so I could get some cushions we ended up buying a sprayer to spray around the house for ants...instead of the cushions...good thing we did!
I always feel so dumb posting about this stuff....it's like "who cares"???!!!! but...these are my days...

A thong! LOL I love your flowers and get Terro for ants. Little safe containers that contains liquid that they bring back home to queen.
I like reading about your day...it's like a commonality we all have...obsession about things undone...ants across the kitchen floor, feeling you deserve a do nothing day. That could have been me posting that.
Love the pictures and your garden creature. I have a few of those too and they talk to me...scary..

Thats funny my brother just noticed a hugs nest under his lava rock in the front of his house. He had to dig it all up and spray he said it went on forever...and his house is only a few years old....must be a bad year for them. He was freaking when he saw how many there were!

Things undone.. I don't want to think about it. I start to get stressed out!
I can't wait to have days like that. It was suppose to be like this week-end but now I have alot of company coming to stay the night. I Love the tour of your flowers,,could look at them forever. Thanks for sharing them!
